Director
Keith has been in practice for many years and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of general practice.
Keith’s interests include hill walking, gardening, surfing, fishing, following Exeter Chiefs and grandparenting duties.

Diana Heywood FCCA
Director
Diana has considerable experience serving the accountancy needs of a variety of small and medium sized local businesses and specialises in company taxation. Diana has a special interest and expertise in the medical professional.
Diana’s interests include spending time with her family, reading, films and cake decorating.

Ian Heywood – office, payroll and VAT bureau manager
Ian joined Redwoods in 1991 after achieving a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance. Ian has gained significant accountancy experience. He specializes in payroll, management accounts and accountancy software systems.
Ian’s interests are gardening, watching comedy shows and walking.

Guy Trevelyan FCCA
Guy joined Redwoods in 2005 after obtaining a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management at Gloucestershire University. Whilst at Redwoods, Guy has completed his ACCA training and qualified in 2012.
Outside work Guy enjoys supporting Exeter City and Exeter Chiefs, as well as taking his dog for long walks and pub lunches.

Brian Jeary AAT
Brian started working in accountancy practice in 1978 after many years accountancy experience and gaining his AAT qualification. He joined Redwoods in 1998. Brian has specific interest in the medical and charity sectors.
Outside work Brian enjoys playing badminton, cricket, cycling and walking and is an avid supporter of Exeter City Football Club.

Nick Sparey part qualified ACCA
Nick joined Redwoods in 1999 after obtaining a BA degree in Business Management at Exeter University. During this time at Redwoods, he has undertaken his training to obtain part qualified ACCA status. Nick has gained a variety of accountancy skills and experience.
Nick enjoys watching all sports, especially football and cricket. He is also a keen follower of Exeter City Football Club.

Becca Jones CTA FMAAT ATT
Becca joined Redwoods in 2008 after competing her A levels. She completed AAT and CIOT training within the firm.
Becca’s interests are crochet, baking and reading.

Natalie Kaliszewska MAAT
Natalie joined the practice in 2015 and obtained AAT qualification in January 2016. She is currently studying for the ACCA professional qualification.
Outside the office, Natalie enjoys the gym and wearing out her three boys with walks and Sunday morning sports.

Aidan Flynn MAAT
Aidan joined Redwoods in 2015 after completing his level 3 business BTEC and has since completed his AAT training within the firm. He is currently studying to complete his ACCA qualification.
Aidan enjoys films and watching Formula One.

Oliver Hilton ACCA
Oliver joined the team in 2019 already having an established background in accountancy and tax. He is ACCA qualified.
He enjoys hiking and cycling and is currently walking his way around the Southwest coast path.

Sadie Curvengen
Sadie joined Redwoods as a part time bookkeeper in 2020 from a background in banking.
Her interests include swimming, gardening and walking the dogs. She also enjoys being a granny to two granddaughters and a sausage dog.

Keelan Underhill
Keelan joined Redwoods as an accounts assistant in 2024 after completing a T-level in Business, Legal and Finance.
His interests are go karting, motorbikes and the occasional outdoor pursuit with friends.

Karen joined Redwoods in 2019 as office administrator.
Her interests include cooking and eating out, walking, holidays and enjoying the odd glass of wine.
